About Our Retreat Day: Bathe your spirit in beauty and wonder and enrich your heart on this gently paced walk and presence in a beautiful forest. We will walk several different short, level forest trails in the Bradley Woods Reservation in Westlake. We will stop frequently to sit and observe the forest, pray, and share our observations. The total amount of walking will be about 2 miles.
Into the Woods Leader: Michael Reiling, retired SEHS theology teacher and veteran retreat leader.
Where: Bradley Woods Metropark, 4538 Bradley Road in Westlake.
We will begin at 9 am at the shelter house at the reservation. There are restrooms nearby.
Cost: $20

Please Bring:
-Two quarts of water
– Your own lunch and snacks
– Backpack
– Hiking boots or shoes
– Casual, seasonal clothes and a hat
– Rain poncho or umbrella
– Pad or large trash bag to sit on
– Bug repellant
Bad Weather Forecast: We will decide at 5 P.M. on the day before whether the retreat is a go.
We will contact you immediately only if we are cancelling the retreat.
