In our multiple experiences of increased complexity, diversity of viewpoints and resistance to change, conflict is inevitable. How can we capitalize on diversity without alienating one another? How can we talk and think in terms of “both one side and the other”? Come to learn a simple, workable process based on Barry Johnson’s work entitled Polarity Management for successfully managing the tension of opposites and reconciling differences to take us beyond conflict.
Judy, a member of the Congregation of St. Joseph, has vast experience as a teacher, a school administrator, a spiritual director, a retreat leader and a Pastoral minister. As a graduate of the Sophia Center at Holy Name University, Judy is committed to giving presentations on Creation-Spirituality and the Wholeness of Life.
