POSTPONED Making Love Your Superpower
June 5, 2022 @ 1:00 pm - 2:30 pm
In person with Pamela Ziss, PhD and Ann Clark, MA
What kind of world would love have us create?
What would be your role in that world?
We can live our lives through a lens of love, not fear. We are
created to love, yet we are also wired for fear. Our brains are
designed to keep us safe, so we are wired for “fight, flight, freeze
or fawn.” These responses keep us stuck in the circle of survival.
We will learn imagery, breath, and comforting touch as ways to
enrich our lives by living from a place of love – love of self, others,
nature, the divine. Participants will learn Havening Techniques®
and other tools informed by research on neuroplasticity of the
brain to build resilience by embodying love.
$15
