Join Catherine Mangan, ANFT Guide-in-Training, for  a slow and easy walk along forest trails, where we will  receive gentle invitations and opportunities  to engage all of our senses to notice and connect with the “more-than-human-world.” We will journey together, with some brief opportunities for sharing, and complete our time together with tea and snacks.
