Coping with Loss

The only way out is through,
but you don’t have to go through it alone.
Have you lost a person, a relationship, a lifestyle,
a familiar routine? Are you dealing with loss of any kind and looking for ways to cope?
Come learn a mindfulness approach using the writing of others who have been there and put their experience into words to share.
This time will be a nourishing, spiritual exercise for a deeper dive into the soul seeking solace. This day is part workshop and part gift – offering writing time for reflection.
We’ll build skills and gain insight into helping grievers be more resilient.
Kim will draw from the poems in her book Send My Roots Rain,
as well as lessons from her own life.
