Incarnation: the Key to Spiritual Living
October 5, 2023 @ 7:00 pm - 8:30 pm
Facilitated by Alan Kolp on Zoom
Incarnation:
“A central Christian doctrine that God became flesh,
that God assumed a human nature and became a man in the form of Jesus Christ,
the Son of God and the second person of the Trinity.”
Encyclopaedia Brittanica
The incarnation is the central Christian affirmation. “God becomes human” is both the source and resource of our spiritual living. Incarnation is a process of spiritual life, not merely a theological event. The theme of incarnation is love. And the spiritual expression of love is ministry — a life of serving and community building.
Incarnation is the work of wholemaking.
Register for this unique perspective on incarnation as understood through the words of the Fourth Gospel and Ilia Delio.
