Journaling Circle: Solstice, Advent, Christmas, Old Year/New Year

Entering into “the Spirit” of this annual sacred time can provide us with new insights and inspirations for our life journey.

This Journaling Circle will focus on “the season” of December and the beginning of a new year.  We will practice a variety of writing activities using, among other themes, darkness, light, hope, endings and beginnings.

Individiuals will connect with the sacred energy and supreme intelligence – God – who is constantly alive above us, around us, and within us.

Each session will have a specific theme and suggestions for further journaling on that theme.
Participation and sharing is encouraged.

Mike Reiling is a retired high school theology teacher who regularly does journaling programs for personal and spiritual growth.  Mike also leads classes in Tai Chi Easy and programs on contemporary spirituality from an evolutionary perspective.
