Akhenaten was the first pharaoh to put forward belief in one God rather than many gods. It caused quite a stir at the time. We’ll learn about monotheism in Egyptian history, the deep history of Judaism and Christianity, mysticism and women’s leadership in religion.
(Akhenaten’s wife was the famous Nefertiti.)
Why?
To hold space for people to talk and listen to feel heard, seen, and a sense of belonging.
Who?
Anyone who likes to read and / or hear other’s point of view, and / or share their own.
When?
Every other month on Zoom.
