“The forest is the therapist. The guide opens the doors.” ~ ANFT motto
Catherine Mangan, Certified Forest Therapy Guide, will lead a slow and easy morning walk along cool, shady forested trails. She will offer gentle invitations and opportunities for us to engage all of our senses in noticing and connecting with the “more than human world.” There will be brief opportunities for sharing and we’ll complete our time together with tea and snacks.
We will be walking light rain or shine.
However, if the weather is stormy or dangerous the program will be cancelled.
Limit 10 participants.
$25
