Journaling Our Aging Adventure (Virtual)

Mondays in April | 7-8:30 pm | Online via Zoom
As some have noted, becoming a wisdom person is the definitive life task of our elder years, when we find a wholeness about our lives. It is a stage of life new to humanity in the past 50 years, as more of us live well beyond our official retirement age. Moving from just aging to embodying wisdom is an on-going process.
We will journal about our sage-ing in exploring topics such as Living Gratefully, Serving Life, Reframing the Past, etc. There will be short presentations, several reflective writing periods of 10-15 minutes each, guidance about journal keeping techniques, and the sharing of insights among participants.
Please register in advance.
