Managing Grief During the Holidays

Holidays, anniversaries, birthdays, and all those special times in life are moments to cherish and remember. These occasions can be difficult when you have lost someone or something close to you. The feelings of loss may overwhelm you as you face these celebrations without your loved one.
This program will give you some tips on things you can do to get through these times. We will explore the myths surrounding grief as well looking at what grief is and is not. You will also be given insights on how to be a supportive friend for others going through grief.
Whether you or a loved one is currently “dancing” with grief this program is for you, because at the end of the day 100% of us are grievers.
