Spiritual Direction
Spiritual direction is a one-on-one relationship where a trained guide helps a person deepen their relationship with God or a higher power. It involves a sacred listening space to help individuals become more aware of the divine's presence in their lives, discern their path, and grow in their spirituality. It is distinct from counseling or therapy and is a ministry of companionship and prayer focused on spiritual growth.

- Up to an hour per session usually once each month
- At a time and place mutually agreed upon
- An evolving relationship
- Periodic evaluation
Fees
Each spiritual director works with the directee to determine the fee or donation for each session. Most spiritual directors work on a sliding scale depending on the directee’s ability to pay.
