DESCRIPTION:Facilitated by Catherine Mangan\n\nLearn the history and background of Forest Bathing/Forest Therapy as well as what research says that supports the benefits of this activity. We will explore how the Association of Nature and Forest Therapy (ANFT) emphasizes our relational and reciprocal   connections with “the more than human world.”\nThere will be a brief guided sensory invitation\nthat allows participants to have a taste of the experience.\nYou are encouraged to bring a small houseplant or herb plant\nwith you for this sensory exploration.\nOur time together will conclude with discussion while enjoying tea/coffee and snacks.\n$15
