Eldering: Deepening Wisdom – POSTPONED

Becoming an Elder does not come about by reading a book, hearing a lecture, or by active reflection. It must be modeled by another human being.

The spiritual life of recent generations has been challenged by a lack of the Eldering function in our society and culture. We need to do the spiritual work of grounding our culture in the depth and  wisdom that can only come from harvesting our many years of lived experience.

Jim will lead us in an exploration of the roots of Elderhood as a skill of generativity for others. Through personal reflection and conversation we will learn to nurture and deepen this vital presence in our current culture and for generations to come.

There will be breakfast snacks when you arrive.
