Connecting with Nature through Photography

Mindful photography encourages us to slow down, notice and receive the beauty and wonder present in each ordinary moment. This workshop allows us to re-discover nature as a space of sanctuary and renewal. Through quiet looking and time for reflection outdoors amidst the beautiful foliage and warm breezes of autumn, we will linger in moments of delight and gratitude for the natural world around us as we learn the process of creating photos in a non-judgmental way. No previous photography or mindfulness experience necessary – bring a cellphone camera and your curiosity!

Christine Baker is a life-long observer and explorer.
She is a trained practitioner in the Look Again mindful photography method,
and enjoys inviting others to use mindfulness, nature, and photography to nurture well-being.
