Send My Roots Rain: A Companion on the Grief Journey
May 18, 2019 @ 9:30 am - 12:00 pm
A Morning with Kim Langley
The only way out of grief is through. But you don’t have to go through it alone.
This mindfulness approach to poems is a spiritual exercise.
The theme is using poetry in a way that helps grievers to be more resilient, and to find solace.
You will be able to purchase copies of her first book and Kim will sign them if you wish.
The book has been praised as “an articulate walk into the unknown…a first rate companion for those grieving…a strong source of comfort, and compassion.” One reviewer said “You have written a book full of poems for people who think they don’t like poetry. This will help thousands of people.”
