Adult Grief Support Group

The death of a loved one is one of the most difficult experiences we face in life. Along with the intense pain of grief, we often feel isolated and alone in our sorrow. Joining a grief support group can be an important step in beginning to heal. In the safe and supportive environment of the group, you will have the opportunity to share your story and connect with others who are grieving. Together, you will explore topics that are vital to grieving well, such as recognizing emotions, developing coping skills, preserving memories and more.
Over the course of the 8 weeks, you will receive practical tools and insights that can help you on your journey through grief.

Michael Crowdes is a Licensed Professional Counselor who owns and operates Rockport Counseling in Lakewood, Ohio.
He has a particular passion for working with the grieving and those who want to understand grief better.
