During the beautiful season of  Autumn, join Catherine Mangan, Certified Forest Therapy Guide for a slow and easy walk along forest trails, where we will receive gentle invitations and opportunities to engage all of our senses to notice and connect with the “more-than-human -world.” We will journey together, with brief opportunities for sharing, and complete our time together with tea and snacks.

We will be walking rain or shine, so come prepared for the weather.
If the weather is stormy or dangerous, the walk will be canceled.
