Qigong – infused Tai Chi Easy

Gather  in the side yard of Centering Space for simple movements of Qigong and Tai Chi to enhance your sense of well being, vitality and inner peace.  Join in simple breath excercises, slow movements and self massage.  Come to quiet your mind and gently move your body with intention.  We will stand for approximately 45 minutes – bring a chair for optional closing seated meditation.

Complete your evening with a stroll through Lakewood Park to enjoy the sunset.

Suggested donation of $5-$10 per session supports Centering Space.
