Spirituality as a Way to Thrive

November 5, 2022 @ 9:30 am - 2:30 pm

Facilitated by Alan Kolp

People want to be happy, but happiness is not a goal…it is a byproduct of living life well. Spirituality is foundational to living life well. It transforms mere existence into meaningful vitality. Authentic spirituality creates an experience of belonging which cultivates an environment of safety that allows us to be vulnerable, to try new ways of being and dare to live in the Spirit.
Authentic spirituality brings us into a sense of flow and thriving. Paradoxically, it is when we feel our-selves in the flow of life and thriving that we discover we are truly happy!
